The CC retreats focus on opening your consciousness, your personal development and becoming a more free, authentic and holistic person. Under the leadership of CC founder and trainer Marc Steinberg, you will go through a transformational process towards more unity, love and freedom.
SHADOW & LIGHT RETREAT
The Shadow & Light Retreat is a unique 8-day process that creates a safe context for deep exploration of the oppressed parts of ourselves: our dark and light shadow parts.
In this retreat we frequently use dance meditations to remove the dust behind which our shadows hide. During the evenings we consciously bring these shadows outside in the form of shadow theaters, so that our shadows can be processed and reintegrated in a free and safe way.

SOUL RETREAT
